The customer has the right to return unsuitable goods purchased from the e-shop within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. To process a return, please fill in the return form below, indicating your order number and the nature of the problem.

Returned products must be in original condition (with protective film, not disassembled), undamaged and in the original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. The refund process will only begin once we receive your return and this may take up to 14 days.

Itella Smartpost parcels can be returned with the same door code as upon receipt from Smartpost parcel machines located all over Estonia. If the parcel was delivered to a white parcel locker or to a parcel point, go to the self-service environment > ”Returns” to execute the returns procedureby entering the parcel code (bar code) and selecting a suitable returns parcel locker.
Omniva parcel can be returned from Omniva parcel machines with the return code in the SMS and e-mail notification. An SMS or email about a parcel’s arrival from the parcel machine contains this return code.
DPD parcel can be returned using a QR code or a PIN code received separately via SMS. To return it, select Send Parcel > Send Parcel with QR or PIN code. Then stick the printed label on the package.

Please note that returning a parcel from Finland and Latvia, return costs are paid by the addressee.
